in July and August 2010, Exile presents the second annual Summer Camp. This year's Summer Camp curator is Billy Miller. Based in New York City, Mr. Miller is an artist, writer, editor, and the producer of several publications including; Straight To Hell, When Johnny comes Marching Home Again, and No Milk Today.

If you are in Berlin -or are planning to come to Berlin this summer- and have ideas for projects, please let us know. Summer Camp is an open format for projects of any kind. The aim is a spontaneous, communicative and flexible process of exchange, where different artistic practices merge into a constantly changing display. You can participate and use Exile as a studio to create art - a space to show your work, screen a movie, do a performance, launch a book - or do whatever other creative endeavor you may have in mind.

Exile cannot provide accommodation or a budget, but there are a variety of gallery materials available – including; pedestals, frames and AV equipment. Please submit a SHORT proposal with samples of your work by May 1, 2010. Proposals are only accepted by email to: summercamp@thisisexile.com
